You’re studying, things are going great, but then it happens, the results you didn’t expect, the theory you thought you knew, the answers you “knew” were right. It is the most frustrating feeling, and that is exactly what happened to me last week.

Very short post from Seth Godin. Read it, think about it and understand it. We (network engineers, technologist, etc) confront this everyday in our jobs.
If you read anything today, read this! A great post talking about owning your career.

I have been busy updating the site, adding my new logo designed by my homeboy Chris Mason - who is going to kill me for mentioning his name :) - and moving to tumblr.
So you’re wondering why I moved to tumblr? Let me explain.
Hey all,
It is official, I have signed the job offer and I have found a home.
I am the new IP Network Engineer with a NY based telco company. I am so excited to start working with this company and cannot wait to get to work.
I start Monday, so other than this post, I will not be posting again until next week.
The job search is over, the paper work has been done and now it is time to move on to the next stage of my career.
Later everyone,
CJ
